Arm a rule with one XRPL payment

You keep your keys. There is no wallet to connect, nothing to install, and no FLR to hold. This page builds the payment locally in your browser and then shows you, in plain English, exactly what signing it will authorise.

The XRP here is testnet XRP and is not worth anything. Everything below behaves exactly as it would with real money, which is the point of showing it to you.
